One Nation Remembers Roger
Before the group Zapp became funk music favorites with the release of
their debut in '80, leader/guitarist Roger Troutman and his family group
had been
performing for a long time. Since youngsters, in fact. The following
pictures show Roger and his family in a way many have never seen. Roger
is easy to pick out--he'll be the one with the guitar in his hands.
We are proud to bring you these pictures, which were originally included in the album Introducing Roger by Roger and the Human Body from 1976. Much thanks to Peter Wermelinger for providing them. Please visit his Black Hole of Funky Music site.
